Ireland will take on World Champions South Africa at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on the weekend of 14/15 November during the Guinness Series. This will be the second of three autumn internationals to be played by Ireland in 2020.
In their most recent meeting, Ireland beat the Springboks 38-3 in Dublin during the 2017 autumn internationals.
Overall, Ireland and South Africa have played each other on 26 occasions since their first meeting in 1906. The Springboks have won 18 matches, whilst Ireland have won 7 matches. There has also been one draw between the two teams.
